Country Sales Manager Poland - Warsaw

included in that list are many "leading lights" from Aerospace,
Automotive, FMCG and Heavy goods manufacturers.

SCOPE:

Perform functions to plan for, manage and control the assigned country's
sales operations and personnel, guided by precedent and working within
the limits of established policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Meet monthly revenue goals for the assigned country. Determine forecast
and act as player/coach to manage inside and outside sales force in
order to achieve these goals.
Perform product demonstrations as needed and assist outside sales staff
with high profile or difficult accounts in order to advance sales
opportunity and close business.
Hire, train, develop and manage the performance of inside and outside
sales staff in conjunction with the Head of Sales and HR.
Review and maintain high profile customer relationships as identified by
Sales Director.
Review and maintain relationships with national contracting groups
within assigned country and assist in growing new national contract
opportunities as identified by Sales Director.
Establish budgets and ensure compliance with expense guidelines. Update
database and generate reports as required.
Sell the company's line of products in areas not assigned to direct
reports, obtain leads and close sales. Set revenue goals and create
long-term purchase agreements with key accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:

Native language polish
Demonstrated successful record of accomplishment of selling into Tool
and Die, Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication, and manufacturing companies.
Experience with automotive, heavy equipment and/or aerospace companies a
definite plus.
Bachelors of Science Engineering preferred. An Associates or equivalent
knowledge of engineering and/or metrology may substitute for a degree.
Experience with manufacturing and/or metrology is a definite plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify technical problems, formulate, and
demonstrate solutions.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and closing skills.
Knowledge of CAD is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of English, Knowledge of other European languages would
also be an assett.
